ABOUT US
We have four very experienced installation teams (reports to the Contracts Manager). Individuals are balanced out between the four teams to ensure for equally efficient teams. The Contracts Manager will be on a 24 hour stand by services.
Our fleet consists of two 4 ton trucks, double cabs LDV, two single cab LDV's, 18 ton truck and mobile crane and four company vehicles to ensure promptness and availability of teams or other services needed.
All equipment that is used to either manufacture or install is the property of V.I.C.

DIVISION
This division manufacture a range of ceramic fibre products.
We use from ceramic fibre blanket to ceramic fibre modules. Ceramic fibre modules is the more popular product that we use because it can differ in size and density, therefore u can use it from a very low temperature, to a very high temperature (1200 C).
acoustical
division
This department has full converting facilities to manufacture acoustical insulated parts as required to specification.
mineral wool
division
This division specialize in lower temperature installations. For example aluminium dry out furnace at a temperature of 450 C, this division also specialize in granulating bulk quantities of mineral wool into smaller particles for different applications, and bulk quantities of mineral wool into smaller particles for different applications, and this is all used as asbestos replacement.
hard refractories
division
Specializing in heat resistant castings for example the floor of a pusher furnace.
Refractory pre-cast shapes
We cast a wide range of pre-cast shapes. These pre-cast shapes will be used inside a walking beam furnace, the precast shapes will protect the water cooling pipes inside the furnace.
The moulds are manufactured by our own steel division to rule out any defects.
Lagging
division
This division specialize in lagging and cladding of all types of pipes and vessels that contain hot air, gasses etc.
